FAQ’s Postpaid Cash Back

 

.             What is the promotion about?

 

Customers who subscribe to the Digicel Postpaid 200 plan, Digicel Postpaid 400 plan, Digicel Postpaid 400 PLUS plan or the Digicel Postpaid 600 plan are eligible to receive up to a maximum of $50.00 cash back on each bill.

 

2.             How does it work?

 

Each time a Qualifying customer utilizes a total of sixty (60) minutes on local calls (whether from a single call or cumulative calls during the billing cycle) he/she will be entitled to receive $5.00 cash back.

 

Used minutes both within the plan bundle and outside the bundle qualify towards cash back rewards.

 

             *Note that FA3 and Free nights minutes doesn’t apply.

 

3.             How many times can customers get the $5 “cash back” for the cycle?

 

Qualifying customers can only receive Cash Back for a maximum of ten (10) times in any billing cycle, that is up to $50.00 in Cash Back in any one billing cycle.

 

4.             How would “cash back” be applied to the customer’s account?

 

Upon accumulating the qualifying sixty (60) minutes in calls, Digicel shall automatically apply the Cash Back to the Qualifying Subscriber’s account as an adjustment on the bill. Customers can view their bill to see adjustment.

 

5.             What types of calls are considered qualifying minutes?

 

Qualifying minutes will include all local chargeable calls as well as minutes used from the bundle on the plan and Local Postpaid Extras.  International calls and calls made while roaming do not count towards the sixty (60) minutes qualifying criteria.

 

6.             For how many cycles can customers get “cash back”?

 

Qualifying Subscribers shall be entitled to this Cash Back for the duration of the Contract for the plan. (1 year)

 

7.             When does the counting of the qualifying minutes begin and end for each cycle?

 

The counting of the qualifying minutes shall commence at 12:00 am on the first day of that billing cycle (16th of each month) and cease at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of that billing cycle (15th of each month)

 

 


Cash Back Promotion: Terms and Conditions

 

·         Customers who subscribe to the Digicel Postpaid 200 plan, Digicel Postpaid 400 plan or Digicel Postpaid 600 plan on or before May 31, 2012  (the “Qualifying Subscribers”) are eligible to receive up to a maximum of $50.00 cash back on each bill during the minimum service period of twelve (12) months from the date of subscription to the plan. Each time a Qualifying Subscriber utilises a total of sixty (60) minutes on local calls (whether from a single call or cumulative calls during the billing cycle) he/she shall be entitled to receive $5.00 cash back ( the “Cash Back” ) .

 

·         Upon accumulating the qualifying sixty (60) minutes in calls, Digicel shall automatically apply the Cash Back to the Qualifying Subscriber’s account as an adjustment on the bill.

 

·         Qualifying Subscribers can only receive Cash Back for a maximum of ten (10) times in any billing cycle, that is up to $50.00 in Cash Back in any one billing cycle.

 

·         Qualifying minutes shall include all local chargeable calls as well as minutes used from the bundle on the plan and Local Postpaid Extras. International calls and calls made while roaming shall be excluded from the counting of the sixty (60) minutes qualifying criteria.

 

·         The counting of minutes in each billing cycle to meet the qualifying criteria shall be capped at six hundred (600) minutes. The counting of the qualifying minutes shall commence at 12:00 am on the first day of that billing cycle (16th of each month) and cease at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of that billing cycle (15th of each month) and restart afresh from midnight on the first day of the following billing cycle.

 

·         Qualifying Subscribers shall be entitled to this Cash Back for the duration of the Contract for the plan.

 

·         Subject to the above, the normal postpaid terms and conditions apply.

 

·         To the extent permitted by law, Digicel reserves the right to amend, terminate or unilaterally change any of the above terms and conditions subject to notifying customers of such amendments or termination. Such notification may be by way of text message, advertisement in the national media and/or our website. If the Service under the usual terms and conditions is used after notice of the amendment, then the amendment shall be deemed accepted.
