Digicel Timeshare
This plan offers maximum flexibility to the business place. You pay a monthly subscription and you get a number of pooled, bundled minutes per month. These bundled minutes can be used to call local Digicel mobiles Bmobile and local fixed line numbers. Pooled minutes are shared amongst the handsets on the account. If you call outside the Digicel network or fixed lines then you are charged outside the bundle rates. If you use all your bundled minutes then you pay outside the bundle rates. This plan is especially suitable to businesses that make mainly Digicel calls.

Closed User Group (CUG)
Digicel Business Circle is perfect for your company if you call your colleagues a lot. With this value added service you pay a monthly subscription per user and all calls between you are free. This plan is added to an existing plan. You can also add Prepaid users to your circle.

GPRS and EDGE
Digicel Business customers enjoy the highest quality reliable data services through Digicel’s advanced GPRS and EDGE data network.

EDGE PC Card
For businesses that need additional ways to be in touch "any and everwhere" the EDGE PC Card can be a smart enhancement to your communication tools. The device provides customers with the ability to access the internet on their laptops (or PDs with suitable adaptor) via Digicel's EDGE service.

The EDGE PC Card is perfect for: 

  • Users in areas with no landline coverage (no dial-up/DSL available).

Data Roaming
Our data roaming services, such as BlackBerry provides you with the convenience of being able to use your Mobile Web and WAP services while you are travelling. We are constantly expanding our data roaming network and we recommend that you contact customer care before you travel to find out whether data roaming is available in the country to which you are travelling.

BlackBerry Service
BlackBerry services help you stay connected with important email and data while you're "on the go". Send and receive emails, view attachments, book meetings, check your calendar, make calls from your contact list and do much more from a single integrated device. You can function from almost anywhere, as if you are in the office.

Digicel offers you two great types of BlackBerry services:

BlackBerry Enterprise Solution (BES)
BlackBerry Enterprise Solutions is suitable for larger businesses that require secure access to company email and Internet based applications. BES provides full control of your IT department. Access can also be provided to the local corporate Local Area Network via the BES Server.

Setup involves a dedicated BES Server with BlackBerry Server software installed on it. The BES software 'monitors' user's inbox for changes and sends updates to the handheld via the wireless network. All information sent is compressed, encrypted and routed through the BlackBerry infrastructure to the handheld, where it is de-compressed and decrypted.
This ensures all data passed is secure from end to end. Users also have access to unlimited Internet surfing on their handhelds.

BlackBerry Internet Solution (BIS)
BlackBerry Internet Solution (BIS) is the second BlackBerry service offered by Digicel. This is best for small businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals or consumers on the go.
The service gives the customer a dedicated mail account (@digicel.blackberry.com) and the ability to integrate up to 10 additional mail accounts.BIS "pushes" e-mail from standard POP3 accounts (ISP provided, Microsoft MSN Hotmail Plus, Yahoo! Mail, etc.) to the BlackBerry device. As with BES, unlimited Internet access on the handheld is provided to the customer.

Digicel Deskphone - Fixed Wireless
The Digicel Deskphone is a new and innovative product that can be used for:

  • Small businesses without a PBX
  • Businesses with a call in service who want a Digicel number
  • Residents in areas with no landline coverage
  • Consumers wanting the convenience of a landline device
  • Current Digicel customers who would like to have a fixed wireless solution at home
  • Elderly and visually challenged persons who prefer a large dialling pad and screen
  • Offshore companies requiring telephony service

The Digicel Deskphone is similar to a mobile phone that takes a Digicel SIM card, but instead it can be used as a stationary device in 1 location.

GSM Router
Another useful device for medium and large size companies is a GSM Router. This is a device that routes customer's fixed Private Branch Exchange (PBX) calls to Digicel and international numbers over the Digicel GSM network thereby allowing the customer to take advantage of Digicel's low call rates. In other words, calls from a landline can be treated as a Digicel mobile call to utilize low Digicel to Digicel mobile rates.
