Digicel's voicemail service is easy to use, fast to access and retrieval is FREE from your Digicel mobile phone.

It's your 24-hour answering service that automatically takes a message for you when your phone is in use, switched off or when you can't answer your phone.

It's as easy as 1-2-3! Simply dial 123 to access your voicemail from your Digicel mobile phone. Dial 123 then press 9 for the menu and you can change your login options, record your name and greeting and much more!

If dialing from a landline or another phone, you must dial 350 0000. You will be asked to enter your 7-digit mobile phone number and enter a password. The first time you dial this number from a land line you will be asked to enter your password. The default password is 1234; we recommend you change this password. If you have forgotten your password, please call Customer Care on 100 from your Digicel mobile phone.

If you are roaming, simply dial +1 868 350 0000 and you will be asked to enter your mobile number and your password.
