There are many ways to Top Up using. Digicel Top Up cards and Digicel Top Up Vouchers
Digicel Top Up cards come sealed with a scratch off silver strip which reveals your Top Up number. Please use a coin to scratch off the silver strip.
Top Up is also available as an electronic voucher. The Top Up number is printed directly on the voucher.
All Top Ups are VAT inclusive so the price you see is what you pay.

Top Ups are available from over 10,000 retailers nationwide — all major retail outlets, including supermarkets, gas stations and pharmacies. Just look for the Digicel Top Up here sign.

How do you Top Up?
-Type *121* Top Up number #
-Then press the "Send" or "Call" key.
-Your mobile screen will display a confirmed message.
Checking your Balance
It's easy to get your balance anywhere, anytime.
-Type *120# and press send. Your balance will appear on the screen of your phone.
-To see how many FREE Digicel to Digicel text messages you have left, type *120*2# and press send.
-Your text message balance will appear on the screen of your phone.
Credit U allows you to transfer credit from your own Postpaid or Prepaid account to the Prepaid account of friends and family using your mobile handset.
Dial *128* + 11-digit receiving mobile number* + amount followed by # key. E.g. (*128*18683115555*75#)
Wait for the confirmation message
Then dial *128*1# to confirm or *128*2# to cancel.
Both sending and receiving users receive a confirmation message.
To check your account balance on the receiving handset:
Then press "SEND"
Check your phone screen for your current balance.
Both Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers can send credit with Credit U, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit this way. Corporate customers are not allowed to use this service.
There is a .35c charge for sending a Credit U transfer but no charge to receive.
