Customers have to spend 3 minutes on one call to avail of the next 30 minutes free.

 

1. Can you explain the new changes to the promotion please?

 

The following changes have been made to the Free After 3 promo:

 

• Free after 3 mins applies ONLY to Digicel-Digicel calls 24/7

 

• For calls to other local networks, Free After 3mins will no longer be applicable.

 

• All other conditions will remain the same

 

 

2. Is there a limit to the amount of times I can qualify?

 

No, there is no limit to the amount of times a customer can qualify.  Every 3 minutes spent on a Digicel to Digicel call will give the customer 30 minutes free.  This applies to calls made at any time.

 

 

3. Why was this change made to the promotion?

 

• This was a promotional offer that has now come to an end for calls to other networks.  However we have lowered the rates to other networks. The Free After 3 is still available for Digicel to Digicel calls at any time.  Customers also continue to receive added value from promotions such as the ongoing Free Nights, Free $20 Top Up and the recently launched Iron Top Up and 5 cents Text.

 

 

 

4. Do the changes to Free After 3 affect qualifying for Free Nights?

 

·         No

 

 

5. How does Free after 3 work for postpaid customers?

 

·         The promotion runs the same for prepaid and postpaid customers. If the customer has bundle minutes and they make a call, 3 minutes will pull from their bundle and the next 30 minutes will be FREE. If they make a Digicel call after exceeding their bundle minutes they will be charged for the first 3 and get the next 30 minutes FREE.

 

 

6. What if I have 3 bundled minutes before I am credit limit barred?

 

·          If a customer has 3 minutes before they are credit limit barred they can use their bundled minutes and have access to the 30 minutes FREE on that call. After they use their 30 minute FREE talk they cannot qualify for this promotion again unless their credit limit is increased or restored.

 

 

7. Can I still call abroad?

 

·         Yes they can, but the Free minutes will not apply to international calls, all minutes will be charged. However we do have an International call offer where if you talk for 5 minutes you will get 15 minutes free after 6 pm and on weekends.

 

 

 

8. What if I call a Digicel number that is roaming?

 

·         Free After 3 would still apply as that call is made from Trinidad.

 

 

 

9. What if I call a Digicel number at home whilst roaming?

 

·         Free After 3 only applies when you make your calls from Trinidad & Tobago.

 
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

·         During the promotion, Digicel Customers talking for 3 minutes on any call to a Digicel number will get the next 30 minutes free on that call subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).

·         The Promotion applies to domestic Digicel to Digicel calls twenty four (24) hours a day.

·         The cycle of 3 charged minutes then 30 free minutes will be repeated for the duration of qualifying calls.

·         The Promotion does not apply to calls to other networks or landlines.

·         The Promotion only applies when the call is placed within Trinidad & Tobago, therefore the Promotion does not apply while roaming.

·         Calls to directory enquiries are not included in the Promotion.

·         Subject to the above the normal prepaid and postpaid terms and conditions shall apply.
