Niall Dorrian Chief Executive Officer
Niall Dorrian was appointed CEO of Digicel Trinidad & Tobago in August 2007. He has overall responsibility to drive the company to deliver on its success by fostering growth of the Digicel Brand and business as a whole. He oversees all operational areas of Digicel Trinidad & Tobago which include Customer Care, Marketing, Retail, Finance, Technical, IT, Corporate and HR and has been instrumental in significantly increasing the company’s market share to 50% in Trinidad & Tobago. Under his leadership, Digicel has built a solid reputation for providing better value, better service and better network coverage for our customers.
Niall has over ten years of international experience having worked in companies in North America, Ireland and the Caribbean and he holds a BA in Accountancy and Finance from Heriot-Watt university Edingburgh and a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualification.
He joined Digicel in September 2006 in the role of Chief Operating Officer of Digicel Jamaica, having spent the previous two years as Commercial and Strategy Director for Diageo Plc in Jamaica. Niall previously worked for Diageo Plc in Ireland. |

Garvin Medera Chief Technical Officer
Garvin Medera - the very first employee to join Digicel (T&T) in June 2003 - holds the position of Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Starting as an RF (Radio Frequency) Engineer with responsibility for the planning and rollout of our local mobile network, Garvin was then promoted to Senior RF Engineer, Access Manager, Planning and Optimization Manager and finally to CTO over the past 8 years with the company.
He is the holder of a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and M.Sc. in Communication Systems from the University of the West Indies together with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership from the University of Oxford. Garvin now brings 12 years of engineering experience together with extensive telecommunications managerial skills to our team. |

Sacha Thompson Chief Operating Officer
Sacha Thompson, who joined Digicel in September 2006 as Marketing Communications Manager, leads the Marketing Department in delivering Marketing Communications, Sponsorship, Events and Public Relations that supports the company in its delivery of the most innovative products and services in the T&T mobile market.
Sacha brings with her to this role a wealth of experience with previous senior marketing positions held in McCann Erickson and Coca-Cola Trinidad. |

Desha Selochan Director of Legal & Regulatory
Desha Selochan joined Digicel in September 2006 as Legal & Regulatory Advisor.
She leads the Legal & Regulatory team which supports the company in its delivery of the most innovative products and services in the T&T mobile market by providing advice and support on a range of issues such as drafting, negotiation and settlement of commercial contracts as well as the management of regulatory issues. The team also manages the company’s relationships with the national regulatory authority and other telecommunications operators.
Desha holds an LL.B. from the University of the West Indies and an L.E.C. from the Hugh Wooding Law School, and is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Desha brings with her to this role experience in regulation as well as civil and commercial law from years of practice in the private and public sector.

Hazel Douglas Tobago Country Manager
Hazel Douglas, Tobago Country Manager, leverages her vast experience in international telecommunications to support Digicel’s role in leading the development of mobile communications in Tobago.
Hazel’s past roles include positions in Bell Canada and Rogers Wireless, two of the largest telecommunications companies in Canada, before returning to her native Tobago to take up the position with Digicel. Hazel holds a Bachelor Degree with York University, Canada. |

Shivanie Rampersad IT Director
Shivanie Rampersad, who joined Digicel in June 2005, now holds the position of IT Director, leading the IT department in providing IT Infrastructure and Technology solutions for Trinidad. She also manages various IT systems for the Guyana and Suriname markets. In her first role of Business Systems Analyst, Shivanie successfully managed the implementation of several IT Application systems as well as the Business Data Analysis and Reporting function. In September 2007, she was promoted to MIS Manager and significantly contributed to expanding and improvement of the Business Reporting function locally and across the Group. Shivanie currently holds a BSc in Computer Science and Management from The University of the West Indies and brings with her to this role, over 10 years of experience in the implementation and management of IT systems.

Robin Ayoung Human Resource Director
Robin Ayoung, who joined Digicel in November, 2008 as Human Resource Director, leads the Company’s Human Resource Management and ‘People Agenda’ initiatives in support of the company’s delivery of the most innovative products and services in the T&T mobile market.
Robin currently holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, as well as a Diploma in Social Sciences: Political Science and Sociology Concentration from Dawson College, Montreal, Canada.
He brings with him to this role a wealth of experience within the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Rewards Management, Employee Relations, Change Management and Training and Development among others. |

Chris Hayman Sales Director
Chris Hayman, joined Digicel in 2004 and moved to Trinidad in 2009 as the Sales Director. He leads the Sales Department in both the Business and Consumer Market Sales. Chris is tasked with ensuring Trinidad & Tobago customers experience a wide selection of world class services from Digicel.
Chris holds a 1st Honours Degree in Computer Technology and brings to this role some 20 years of experience in Telecommunications, predominantly in the Business Market.
Chris has worked with many cellular operators including BT, O2 Telfort (Netherlands), Japan Telecom, LG Korea and O2 Ireland. |
